What We Do

CDM Services is the trading name for Construction CDM Services Limited, a specialist health, safety and construction design risk management consultancy whose foundations were established at the introduction of the CDM Regulations in 1995. We cover the whole of the UK and are based in London, the Midlands and the North of England.

Our success to date has been achieved through understanding our Clients’ needs and continuously exceeding their expectationas.

However, the past is merely a prologue. We take nothing for granted. Our future success depends upon always striving to improve in everything we do.

As Corporate Members of the Association for Project Safety, we offer ISO and SSIP-accredited Principal Designer/Principal Designer Advisor and Client CDM Advisor Services under the CDM 2015 Regulations.

We also provide bespoke health and safety consultancy across all sectors of industry; health and safety training; expert witness services and provision of electronic building handover documentation.

We have a very simple philosophy – we are committed to providing our clients with a high level of service.
