Alastair Duncan
Alastair is a chartered Occupational Safety and Health practitioner with over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry and safety consultancy.
Emanating from a major Contractor and Construction Management background Alastair has gained experience in a wide variety of environments including airports, roads, harbour developments, residential and mixed-use developments, MOD establishments, shopping centres, hospitals and healthcare properties, multi-storey office developments, industrial buildings, school, ecclesiastical, hotels and leisure and large in and out of town redevelopments.
Alastair is a specialist in corporate safety governance, and corporate CDM compliance. Alastair acts as corporate advisor to and assists a number of blue-chip developers and clients and professional institutes with due diligence compliance and high-level advice in conjunction with legal advisers.
Alastair’s broad spectrum enables him to act both as an experienced CDM Advisor and corporate health and safety advisor.
Alastair is a member of the Kent health and safety forum, IOSH Consultancy group, a branch secretary of the IIRSM and is a OSHCR registered consultant.
