Nick Fulton
Nick is a chartered Construction Manager and has
over 25 years’ experience of project
delivery at this level on a wide and diverse range
of projects which have included whole camp
construction, housing estate schemes,
distribution centres, technology hubs and
commercial office projects.
Nick’s experience started back in the 1980’s
where he was selected by the Civil Service for a
formal design office training which developed to
include specialist Health and Safety and Project
Management in relation to both Civil and
Defence projects across the UK and abroad.
Over the years Nick has covered a lot of projects
from inception to completion and has as a result
covered many schemes that have required
preplanning including demolitions and enabling
works packages.
