CDM Services provided Principal Designer Advisor services on this new build 27,870 sq m commercial office building over thirteen floors with a double height reception foyer, mezzanine business lounge/meeting rooms, Café/bar winter garden, a 1,395 sq m screened roof garden and a central atrium to typical floor plates.
This is the first of two buildings situated within the Westfield Stratford Shopping Centre and sits adjacent and partially above the existing M7 retail building. Initial strengthening works to the existing M7 retail building to facilitate the additional loadings were also carried out within or in close proximity to live tenancies and the operational basement car park.
