The project involved the refurbishment and fit out works to the second and third floors at The British Academy. Works will include alterations and additions to meeting rooms, Offices, IT Room, Kitchen and Corridors.
The works comprised the creation of a new accessible toilet at second floor; new glazed doors and panels between the second-floor corridor and meeting rooms; new openings connecting second and third floor offices.; new partitioning at third floor to form a lobbied staff kitchen; new floor boxes for power and data; ventilation alterations; capping of obsolete services; fire stopping works; redecorations, replacement of existing carpets.
