CDM Services were appointed by Kier Construction to provide Principal Designer Advisor services on the re-development of the College on the Brooke site.
The works entailed the demolition of all existing buildings (although the existing Creative Arts block remained available for use by the school during construction of the new main block) and erection of a new three storey school building accommodating classrooms, main hall, dining, admin and sports hall. The new building is sited centrally on the site, with the hard play area at the rear reduced slightly in size. The Creative Arts Block remained in use whilst the new school was constructed, and then demolished after occupation of the new school.
