CDM service have been engaged to provide Principal Designer and Client CDM Advisor services on this mixed-use development that we will comprise 600 new homes, an IKEA store, country park, relocated Travellers Park, new primary school and major highways alterations to the A27.
The site is located at the southern foot of the South Downs and forms a significant part of the Adur Local Plan.
