The project involved the fit out of the basement and first floor of the newly constructed hotel.
The works comprised the Construction of new Kitchen Preparation Room; Construction of new Kitchen Preparation Room; Construction of new Gym to Basement Area; Relocation of the existing Linen Washing Facility; Refurbishment and upgrade of the fire strategy to Basement Corridors; Construction of 3 x new Bedrooms to 1st Floor Area, complete with new WC bathroom facility and kitchenette; exposure of external glazing/cladding to form new window openings to 1st floor bedrooms; Upgrade of fire strategy to new Bedroom Corridor and Formation of new meeting room facility to old Gym Area.
