CDM Services have been appointed to provide Principal Designer Advisor services to the Architect and Client CDM Advisor services to the client on this project that entails the demolition of the existing Tesco store and the construction a new 123 Key Aparthotel.
The premises will include 100m2 0f A3 space to the lower ground floor which will be run in partnership with a suitable operator. There will also be 197m2 of A1 space to the ground floor to ‘white box’ specification for an incoming tenant.
Communal facilities for the guests will include gym, laundry, bike storage and co-working space.
