The project involves the construction of 371 dwellings (Use Class C3) with associated parking, landscaping and tertiary roads. Of the 371 residential units, 95% are apartments (352 units) and 5% are townhouses (19 units) over two Plots 206A and 208B that form the second phase of the Stage 2 North Sub Framework Plan as part of the wider Barking Riverside Development.
Each plot consists of two medium sized courtyards/podiums defined by perimeter blocks formed of a combination of mansion blocks, apartment buildings and townhouses. Massing is typically 5 – 6 storeys rising to a potential 7-8 storeys addressing Fielder’s Crescent and the Boulevard.
