CDM Services were engaged to provide Principal Designer and Client’s CDM Advisor services on this impressive residential project in the Jewellery Quarter of Birmingham.
The project to create 32 apartments on the edge of St Paul’s Square involved the construction of a 5-storey, steel-framed structure in a very tight city centre site.
